As the founding member of the Unique Indoor Comfort team, Nate has served in various leadership roles for more than a decade. In the early years of the organization, whether it was stewarding the organization or lending a second pair of hands in the field, Nate saw every contribution as essential to overall business and personal success. From his early career in the pharmaceutical industry and as a sales manager in the HVAC industry, Nate excelled at helping people achieve their professional and personal goals. At Unique Indoor Comfort, where people are the organization’s greatest asset, his philosophy translates into growth and effectiveness among a team that helps others become the best at what they do. Nate earned his degree at Pennsylvania State University. Beyond academics, Nate’s education gave him a greater understanding of how people think, behave, and react in different situations—a diverse understanding he brings to his CEO role.
